Yes! It only takes a few painless moments to get a permanent necklace or bracelet. The welding tools do not touch your skin.
What if I need to remove my permanent jewelry for any reason?
You can simply give a gentle snip at the welded ring with scissors. We’ll be here to re-weld for a $20 service fee and rekindle that eternal sparkle.
What if my permanent jewelry breaks or falls off?
Repairs are free for the first 7 days after your appointment. Repairs due to stretching/pulling or a lost chain are not covered under our warranty. Please make an appointment to have your jewelry repaired or reattached.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes, all minors under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
How long does an appointment last?
A 30 minute appointment accommodates up to 3 guests getting one welded piece each or up to 3 total pieces welded.
A 60 minute appointment accommodates 4-6 guests getting one welded piece each or up to 6 total pieces welded.
